Job Description for CSR-A
Full Time Position
About the Job:
Answer all incoming calls ensuring accurate account, location, and work order information. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong people and task management skills
- Organized
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
Daily Duties:
- Take incoming customer calls
- Take incoming technician calls
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as requests are received
- Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
- Maintain the dispatch board / schedule.
- Maintain customer history files in database
- Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out
- Process credit card payments; pass on check payments and financing payments to accounting
- Process Approved Commercial Contracts
- Schedule Engine and Contractor Commerce: Detail check verify correct: summary, location, customer, email and county etc (basically getting the customer account/work order ready for Dispatch)
- Process Service Estimate Approvals
- Confirm all appointments (not done by auto reminders) next day on the board, ensuring all summaries and notes are updated.
- Run Start Up tag report creating the work order for Dispatch to schedule.
- Processing Service Titan customer account corrections by merging duplicates and verifying active locations.
- Process all chat requests setting up accounts/locations and work orders and booking jobs.
- Oversee and Follow up on Abandoned calls making sure everyone has been contacted/received service booking calls accordingly and classifying calls/attaching them to associated jobs.
- Sell Clubs
- Back up for CSR-B and Dispatchers when staffing requires support.
